Where we operate

Coach-Ed has a number of community-based chapters in the Northeastern United States. Through these chapters, we work face-to-face with CF clinics, CFers and their families to provide assistance and develop that sense of teamwork.

Nationwide

Coach-Ed accepts applications on a nationwide basis. We also host several online events and virtual fundraisers and races throughout the year. No matter where you are, you can be part of the Coach-Ed team!

New York City and Mid Atlantic

Coach-Ed works with many CF patients and families in the NYC Metropolitan area. We are in close contact with treatment staff at the Beth Israel CF Clinic, as well as Monmouth County, NJ. We accept referrals from your clinic’s treatment team, or from you directly via our website (link to apply here).

Our NYC Chapter hosts fun events and races throughout the year, and we are always looking for volunteers to participate in these events and to engage in our mentoring program. For questions and information on Coach-Ed in NYC, please contact our Director, Virginia at vsayer@coach-ed.org.

Albany, New York

Coach-Ed works directly with the Albany Medical Center CF Clinic to support the area’s community. We accept referrals from your AMC treatment team, or direct applications via our website (link to apply here). Albany is Coach-Ed’s original home, as AMC is the clinic where Ed received treatment for much of his life. Supporting Ed’s hometown remains very important to us!
